At Lighter Dawn Hypnotherapy we are so confident that you will obtain the results you desire, we guarantee that in the unlikely event you should you not be satisfied your purchase is as described on our website, and return your item within 30 days of its original shipment date, we will return your payment in the same form of payment originally used for your purchase.

Please check your digital files selection before purchase as due to the nature of the product downloadable products cannot be refunded.

All products returned should be rewrapped in their original packaging and addressed to Lighter Dawn Hypnotherapy 411 High Street, Chatham, Kent, ME4 4NU.

Please remember to include a copy of your customer account number and your reasons for returning the product. Once we have received and processed the returned product we will notify you of your refund via email.
